Özet
Kriz yönetimi, beklenmedik bir şekilde meydana gelen sorunları önlemek veya meydana gelebilecek sorunlar için gerekli önlemleri almak ve uygulamak amacıyla gelişen bir kavramdır. Turizmde sürdürülebilirlik ise, bölge üzerinde ekonomik verimliliğin oluşmasına ve kültürel bütünlüğün korunmasına katkı sağlamaktadır. Korona Virüs (Covid-19) Pandemisi döneminde öne çıkan güvenli turizm sertifikasyon programı ise, Türkiye’de konaklayan yerli ve yabancı turistlerin ulaşımları, konaklamaları aynı zamanda tesis çalışanlarının da sağlık durumlarına yönelik tedbirleri içermektedir. Bu çalışma, Mayıs-Haziran 2020 döneminde Çanakkale ilinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmanın amacı Çanakkale ilinde güvenli turizm sertifikasyon programına sahip olan konaklama tesislerinin güvenli turizm sertifikasyon programı kapsamında kriz yönetimine ve sürdürülebilirliğe yönelik tutumlarını ele almak ve belirlemektir. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden yapılandırılmış soru formu (anket) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada katılımcılara 300 anket formu gönderilmiş ve çalışmaya 260 çalışan geri dönüş yaparak katılım göstermiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, güvenli turizm sertifikasyon programına sahip olan tesislerde çalışanların kendilerini daha güvende hissettikleri aynı zamanda tesiste konaklayan yerli ve yabancı turistlerin konaklamalarını daha güvenli bir biçimde gerçekleştirdiklerini algıladıkları ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bağlamda bu işletmelerin kriz yönetiminde başarılı oldukları söylenebilir. Bu açıdan, gündemde olan Covid-19 Pandemisi gibi kriz dönemlerinde, konaklama tesislerinin güvenli turizm sertifikasına sahip olmaları, çalışanlara ve tesiste konaklayan turistlere güven verme konusunda son derece önem teşkil etmekte olduğu sonucu çıkarılabilir.

Abstract
Crisis management is a concept that develops in order to prevent unexpected problems or to take and implement the necessary measures for problems that may occur. Sustainability in tourism, on the other hand, contributes to the formation of economic efficiency and the preservation of cultural integrity in the region. The safe tourism certification program, which stood out during the Corona Virus (Covid-19) Pandemic, which contains domestic and foreign tourists staying in Turkey, their transportation, accommodations and measures for the health of the hotel employees. This study conducted during May-June 2020 in Çanakkale province. In this context, the aim of this study is to address and determine the attitudes of accommodation facilities that have a safe tourism certification program in Çanakkale towards crisis management and sustainability within the scope of the Safe Tourism Certification Program. The structured questionnaire (survey) method, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. 300 questionnaires were sent to the participants and 260 employees participated in the study. As a result of the study, it was revealed that employees in facilities that have a Safe Tourism Certification Program feel more secure and perceive that local and foreign tourists staying at the facility are more safer. In this context, it can be said that these enterprises are successful in crisis management. In this respect, it can be concluded that during crisis periods such as the Covid-19 Pandemic, which is on the agenda, it is extremely important for the employees and tourists staying at the facility to have safe tourism certification.
