Turizm Alanında Kişilik Özellikleri ile İlgili Lisansüstü Tezlerin Bibliyometrik İncelemesi

Özet
Kişilik özellikleri, bireylerin duygu ve davranışlarını etkilemesinden dolayı akademik alanda farklı açılardan kişilik özellikleri ile ilgili araştırmalar yapılmaktadır. Fakat, yapılan araştırmaların gelişimini ele alan ve niteliklerini tespit eden incelemelerde eksiklik bulunmaktadır. Bu kapsamada, bu araştırmada, 2005-2022 yılları arasında turizm alanında kişilik özellikleri konusu ile ilgili Yükseköğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezinde yayınlanan lisansüstü tezlerin incelenerek bibliyometrik niteliklerinin tespit edilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Araştırma amacı kapsamında, erişime açık olan 47 lisansüstü tez incelenmiştir. İnceleme sonrasında elde edilen verilerin analizinde istatistik paket programından faydalanılmıştır. Turizm alanında kişilik özellikleri konusu ile ilgili lisansüstü tezlerde yüksek lisans tezleri fazladır. Yayım dili olarak Türkçe, anahtar kelime olarak 4 kelime sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Analiz bulguları incelendiğinde, kişilik özellikleri konusunun farklı konularla çalışıldığı belirlenmiştir. Tezlerde, en fazla iş tatmini, tükenmişlik ve turist memnuniyeti konuları çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca tezlerde nicel yöntemin, veri toplanan bireyler olarak işgörenlerin sıklıkla tercih edildiği görülmektedir. Veri toplanan yerler geniş bir alana yayılmaktadır. En fazla veri otel ve destinasyonlardan toplanmıştır. Tezlerde kişilik özelliklerini ölçmek için en fazla Beş Faktör Kişilik Kuramı tercih edilmiştir.

Abstract
Since personality traits affect the emotions and behaviors of individuals, researches on personality traits are carried out from different perspectives in the academic field. However, there is a lack of studies that address the development of the researches and determine their qualities. In this context, in this research, it is aimed to determine the bibliometric qualities of the postgraduate theses published in the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Institution on the subject of personality traits in the field of tourism between the years 2005-2022. Within the scope of the research purpose, 47 postgraduate theses that are open to access were examined. The statistical package program was used to analyze the data obtained after the examination. In tourism, there are more postgraduate theses on personality traits. Turkish is the publication language; four words are frequently used as keywords. When the analysis findings were examined, it was determined that the subject of personality traits was studied with different subjects. The issues of job satisfaction, burnout, and tourist satisfaction were mainly studied in the thesis. In addition, it is seen that the employees frequently prefer the quantitative method as the individuals whose data is collected in the theses. Data collection sites are spread over a wide area. Most data were collected from hotels and destinations. Five-Factor Personality Theory was preferred at most to measure personality traits in theses.
