Abstract
A Study on the Perceptions of Employees of Kardemir Inc. towards Stress
The study aims to search the effects of the factors leading to stress among employees. In this study, in addition to the literature review, the field study has been carried out in which the data obtained from the questionnaires was analyzed with The Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Related Two-Sample test. The findings indicate that stress depends on various factors. In order to manage the stress effectively, actions like the understanding of the participative management, harmony between employees and managers, the consciousness of low-level of stress is essential for the success, enabling employee satisfaction and promoting work safety is useful.
