The importance attributed to the book over the centuries has contributed to the development of traditional Turkish arts. The binding, illumination, marbling and miniature decoration of manuscripts on religious, literary and historical subjects, especially the Qur'an, have made them even more valuable. Today, these valuable manuscripts are protected in museums, private collections and libraries. The illuminations of three works with inventory numbers 1303/2, 1303/3 and 1303/4 protected in Kayseri Raşit Efendi Manuscript Library were chosen as our research subject. In terms of illumination, there are twelve illuminated pages in total, two pages each in the works with inventory numbers 1303/2 and 1303/3 and eight pages in the work with inventory number 1303/4. It is seen that the illuminated pages in the works show classical period characteristics in terms of style, motif, composition, color, workmanship and pattern design. It is aimed that this study will serve as a source for researchers researching Turkish illumination art and especially the classical period of Turkish illumination art, and that such material culture products of Turkish culture in our museums, libraries and archives will be transferred to future generations in the right way.
