Perception of Satisfaction with Health Tourism Services in Türkiye: The Case of Iraqi Tourists
Türkiye provides services to health tourists, especially from neighboring countries, with its geographical location, existing health tourism resources, trained human resources, and public and private sector investments. The aim of this study was to determine the opinions of Iraqi health tourists about the services they received in Türkiye within the scope of health tourism. For this purpose, data were collected from 37 Iraqi citizens who had received health services in Türkiye through interview method, and the obtained data were evaluated using content analysis. The analysis results show that hospitals, personnel, medical equipment and devices in Türkiye are sufficient in the field of health tourism, but communication problems are experienced due to language differences.
