Abstract
Media Product: Foggy Journey Documentary
In the six-month period between 1918-1919, Mustafa Kemal Pasha's three-day voyage with the Bandırma Ferry during the transition of military powers to Anatolia was conveyed to the target audience with the expression of the documentary communication sciences, which is rightly called "Foggy Journey". In the documentary, apart from sharing the value of the research topic, while the scientists convey their academic knowledge; They contributed to the updating of social memory with their verbal and visual media products. What happened, what had to be lived, "even if the winter passes, the frost should never be forgotten" is one of the main principles of Turkish culture, communication sciences and the requirements of social memory. Media products; They support the vitality of both cultural values and social memory. At the same time, they easily cross borders such as country, education, region, thought and generation. Even if its duration is limited, its effect can be both indescribable and unlimited if it has the desired effect. The aim of the research is to make field evaluations on the social sciences and communication sciences as well as the relevant media product that conveys Atatürk's journey to Anatolia to the target audience with an academic focus; to draw attention to its scientific importance. The journey of the Turkish nation to preserve its existence; To perform descriptive analysis with a valid and safe method.
