Sustainable consumption is very important in ensuring sustainability, which is known as the most important problem of the last century. In this research, it is aimed to determine the sustainable consumption behavior levels of cultural tourists and to determine whether the consumption behavior differs according to gender. Safranbolu, which is a UNESCO World Heritage city, was chosen as the application area in the research. The data were obtained by the questionnaire technique, and a total of 449 participants were reached. In the analysis of the data, factor analysis, mean, percentage and t-tests were applied by using the statistical package program. In the research, it was concluded that the sustainable consumption levels of cultural tourists are high. As a result of the answers given by cultural tourists, sustainable consumption was gathered under four dimensions. These are environmental awareness, non-need purchasing, savings and reusability. These dimensions differ by gender. It has been determined that women's perceptions are higher in all dimensions except the dimension of non-need purchasing.
