Özet
Ülkelerin, toplumsal yaşam düzenlerini sürdürebilmeleri, ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel, teknolojik ve bilimsel değişimlerle uyumlu olabilmeleri için belirli toplumsal sistemlere sahip olmaları gerekmektedir. Bu toplumsal sistemlerin işlevlerini en iyi şekilde yerine getirilebilmeleri için ise, nitelikli insan gücünü yetiştirebilecek inovatif bir eğitim sistemine ihtiyaç vardır. Eğitim sistemleri ülkelerin kendi toplumsal dinamiklerinin yanı sıra bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmeler ile küreselleşme, ülkelerarası ekonomik ve siyasi oluşumlar gibi çeşitli alanlardaki değişimlerden etkilenirler. Çağımızda çok hızlı değişen ve her geçen gün daha da artan rekabet ortamında, yaşamın her alanında olduğu gibi eğitim alanının da uygulamaların çağın ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak niteliklere erişebilmek adına sürekli olarak yenilenmesi ve geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı turizm fakültesi öğrencilerinin bireysel inovasyon algılarının bölüm memnuniyetine etkisini tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla, Akdeniz Üniversitesi Manavgat Turizm Fakültesi’nde öğrenim gören 396 öğrenciye anket yöntemi kullanılarak çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, öğrencilerin bireysel inovasyon algılarının cinsiyete, bölüme ve sınıflarına göre farklılık gösterdiği ve bölüm memnuniyetlerine olumlu yönde etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Countries need to have social systems to maintain their social life patterns and to be compatible with economic, social, cultural, technological and scientific changes. For these social systems to perform their functions in the best way, an innovative education system that can train qualified manpower is needed. The educational systems are affected both by national domestic economic formations and social dynamics, changes in various fields such as scientific and technological developments as well as globalization at the international level. In a competitive environment that is changing rapidly and hardening day by day in our present age, the field of education, like all other areas of life, needs to renew constantly and change its practices to reach qualities that meet the needs of the century. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of individual innovation perceptions of tourism faculty students on department satisfaction. Within the scope of the research, it has been found that the students' perceptions of individual innovation differ according to gender, department and classes, and these perceptions have a positive effect on department satisfaction.
