Factors Affecting Travel Purchasing Decisions: A Research on Call-Center Operators
Travels, which has become important today, has increased as a result of the psychological needs as well as the social and physical needs of people. People decide to purchase holidays that can meet their needs. However, there are a number of factors that lead to behaviors of people about travel. Therefore, in this study, considering the high level of participation in holidays, it was aimed to determine the factors affecting the holiday purchasing decisions and whether these factors are evaluated differently in terms of holiday characteristics on 401 participants working in call center in the province of Kocaeli. According to the results, the factors affecting the holiday decision of the participants are push, and pull factors and also holiday experiences and these factors are evaluated differently in terms of some characteristics related to the vacation.
