Abstract
Visitors Satisfaction From Tour Guides in Çanakkale Battles Gallipoli Historical Area
Professional tour guidance is very important for a tourism destination. Domectic and foreign visitors who visit the destination learn about destination much better though the guide. Visitor satisfaction at the end of the tour is highly significant. Tour guides contribute to visitor satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to measure visitor satisfaction with performance of tour guides in Çanakkale Battles Gallipoli Historical Area. The sample is consisted of the visitors who visited Çanakkale Battles Gallipoli Historical Area. Data were gathered using European Customer Satisfaction Model. It was concluded from the study that image of the guide, perceived value of the guide and service quality of the guide have positive effect on visitor satisfaction but complaints from guide doesn’t effect the loyalty to the guide.
