The Effect of Self-Esteem on Psychological Resistance Levels of Women Working in the Textile Sector
In today's world, where globalization is intense, interest in stress, which has become a serious problem at both individual and institutional levels, has increased substantially in our country as in all countries. In this process, individuals work intensively, and in this high tempo, self-esteem and psychological resilience exhibited by individuals have an important place. The aim of this study is to determine the self-esteem and psychological resilience levels of women working in the textile industry in Karabük and whether their self-esteem affects their psychological resilience. 399 women agreed to participate in the study. In the analyses conducted, it was determined that women's self-esteem was at a medium level and their psychological resilience level was high. However, it was concluded that self-esteem and its sub-dimensions, self-love and self-efficacy, affect psychological resilience.
