Abstract
Identification and Interpretation of The Norm Values Regarding The Parent Form of Pre-School Social Skills Rating Scale
This study aims to determine and evaluate the norms of the parent form in Preschool Social Skills Evaluation Scale (OSBED). Among the schools which participated in the sampling, 224 are independent nursery schools, and 169 are primary schools. They are located in 48 provinces. There is a total of 3306 children. The data were gathered with OSBED parent form. Validity and reliability proofs were reacquired from the norm sampling, and it was seen that the structure of the scale consisting 4 factors and 49 articles was preserved. The age norms of the children were acquired as 3, 4, and 5. Consequently, the OSBED scores of the children must be recorded and the amount of the process must be evaluated by comparing the scores with the results of the future studies.
